What is a pre-order?
A pre-order means you’re reserving an item before it’s physically in stock. You pay at checkout, and your order ships once the product arrives.

When will my pre-order ship?
Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page. Delays can sometimes happen due to manufacturing or shipping; if there are changes, we’ll update you by email.

Can I cancel or change a pre-order?
Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a refund. Any time after, cancellations may not be possible once production begins.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Any other forms of payment are currently not accepted, we apologize for the inconvenience!

What is your refund/return policy?
If your items arrive damaged in any way, please feel free to reach out with photos via email for a replacement/return. Pre-order items are only eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

🌍 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
US orders: Usually 5–8 business days once shipped, but this is dependent on USPS.
International orders: Varies by location. We're currently unable to provide accurate shipping dates at this time.

Do you provide tracking?
Yes! All packages are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, which include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number by email once your order is fulfilled.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to additionally 27 countries. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your country’s postal system.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by your country. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery.
